Strategic and Initial Project Brief

Identify client requirements and undertake feasibility Study.

Concept Design

Prepare outline proposals and Final Project Brief.

Developed Design

Prepare coordinated design (with other consultants as appropriate). Submit Planning Applications.

Technical Design

Prepare coordinated technical design and specifications, appropriate for Building Regulation submission and for obtaining tenders from contractors.

Construction

Administer the Building Contract, including regular site inspections and review of progress.

Handover and close out

Conclude administration of Building Contract. Carry out activities listed in agreed ‘Handover Strategy’.

Additional Services can include

3D modelling and video fly-throughs.
